Thank you Richard.

This tidbit of information just put $20 in my pocket. I called eToys /
KBtoys and mentioned this price difference, and received a credit. No
questions, no hassle, no nonsense. My appreciation and thanks goes to eToys
for their attitude and approach to customer service.

I have reviewed the Legos website and some of the information available from
this newsgroup (including the website www.crynwr.com) but have not found an
answer this question.

Q: "Is the RCX (brick or brain module) in the RIS 1.5 the same one as in the
RIS 2.0?"

I purchased RIS 1.5 from eToys, after their stock of RIS 2.0 was depleted (I
waited too long before deciding to buy). I would like to know that I did not
make an error and will be able to make my RIS 1.5 system equivalent to a RIS
2.0 in performance / features after buying the RIS 1.5 to RIS 2.0 Upgrade
Kit.

RIS 1.5 is $99 at KBtoys.com.  I've never seen them that cheap!

Enjoy!
