No, it does not install BrickOS, Cygwin, the Hitachi H8 cross-compiler tool
chain, my Pascal support for BrickOS, or my pre-built Hitachi H8 GNU Pascal
compiler.

I am working on a simple set of instructions (a modified version of what is
on brickos.sourceforge.net) for setting up BrickOS on Cygwin using the
pre-built tools.
