Hello

Perhaps this is old news, but it is really easy to communicate with the CM
using the standard MSComm control in VB:

(Settings for MSComm)
DTREnable = True
RTSEnable = False
Settings  = 2400,o,8,1

Very old news indeed.

For instants, NQCC does that every time it downloads the compiled code.
In the PC it runs inside a DOS box on Windows 95, but also supports a few other platforms as well.

NQCC source code is available on-line at http://www.enteract.com/~dbaum/lego/nqc/
