Are you all SHIFT-Reloading when you reaccess the pages? If not, then you
are loading it from your cache. If you Shift-Reload and the page doesn't
update, try moving to another page, emptying your cache, then go back to
the page and Shift-Reload. If it still stays the same, you should suspect
your ISPs Proxy or Web cache.
