Contact LEGO and have them send you a replacement CD.

For what it's worth, you may want to consider purchasing the 2.0 upgrade
instead. The software does not require a working 1.5 installation at all.
Also, the updates on that CD are necessary if you plan to use the USB tower or
Vision Command on Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
The upgrade kit is #3805 and is $19.99 US.
