Does anyone have a solution for coupling the output of an R/C servo to something like a
Lego axel?

You could glue a lego gear onto the servo horn and axles into that. (...) (26 years ago, 27-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) something like a (...) The usual way the RC community does it is to use a cover from a auto tire valve stem, fill it with epoxy and push it over the splines of the output shaft. Be careful that no epoxy runs down into the bearing of shaft :-). (...) (26 years ago, 27-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
