sorry guys for being off-topic and asking newbie questions, but i couldn't find an answer to this on lugnet... i'm subscribed to several mailing lists, from which i got email. the main category i get from lego-robotics@crynwr.com. later, i found out (...) hi trevyn! thanks for your reply! (...) i got an email with a confirmation code in order to access the page (URL) which worked fine. i then chose the lists i want to subscribe to. is that the "confirmation email" you're talking about? i recieve all (...) (23 years ago, 13-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) you need to fill out the news posting setup at (URL) it's for the newsgroups, but that's what the LUGNET discussions server is - a web (and mail) interface to a news server. HTH! :) Dan (I'd FUT to .admin.nntp, but you can't post there yet) (23 years ago, 13-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics)
