hi rich

I have several LEGO red micromotors and all are "frozen."  Anyone else had
problems with these motors?

i encountered something similiar lately:

when the micromotor gets stalled and you want to run it in the opposite direction,
it is blocked. probably due to the force that stalled it.
i then had to either remove the stalling situation (i.e. disassemble some parts)
and run the motor in the same direction where it was stalled first, or turn it
by hand a bit. in both ways, it worked again afterwards.

hope that helps!
greetings
mat

The only problem I've had is the snap on mounts breaking. If you can't get one of the motors working I'll be happy take a set of mounts off your hands :-) "Richard Clemens" <lego-robotics@crynwr.com> wrote in message (...) (23 years ago, 12-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics)
