Try to get disposable pressure sensors used in hospitals.
They just cost about $10, the gain is calibrated at an accuracy of 1
mmHg, the offset is very stable and the range is from a few mmHg uptill
500 mmHg. You can interface them to any bridge amplifier. I'm using them
with my standard bio-amplifier, see circuit at
