Model a 1.0 with power adapter port. More common and will be easy to show as a 2.0.
Then you have your number from above, 012457 looks good to me...

| Hello, (...) A 1.0 RCX is already modeled for Ldraw, namely in part 884.dat. The RCX carries the number 045270, and has the power plug. (...)
