Hi,

OA 47 is a germanium diode used in old transistor radios for RF
detection. You can find one in old salvaged radios.
For details please see :

For a 3V0 zener diode ( that is 3 Volt zener diode ) you you can use
4-5 silicon diodes (1N4001 in series, commonly available) if the voltage
is not very critical.

=

-------|>\|---------- (3.0 volt zener. Note the symbol direction)

Each 1N4001 has a drop of .6 to .7 volts which add up to  2.6V
(average)zener if you use 4 diodes to 3.25 (average zener) if you use 5.
You can go on higher or lower side depending on the application.

regards,
-Rahul
