FROM?
You might try looking for a program called SkyCommander. You can capture IR
and use a markup-type language to make your own remote control for it. It
works great!
Also, there are at least two different versions of a program which uses NQC
for use with WindowsCE. One is NQCE, the other, CENQC. I think. :)
