I believe the main reason why TLC has joined with MS is that TLC has stopped growing for the first time in its history and is trying to find a way not to go bankrupt in a fair amount of time! The major cause of TLC to have losses is the ever more (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)

Perhaps the biggest problem with Mindstorms is having only 3 sensor inputs. Using sensor inputs to control motor positioning is often a waste of valuable resource. Industrial automation has long used the concept of limit switches to control (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)
