Dear All I have put up some photos of the new LEGO Imagination Center in the Shops at North Bridge Mall in downtown Chicago (520 N Michigan). Hey gang =) I just put pictures of my Micro Scout powered scorpion up at (URL) The parts mostly came from the Droid Developer kit but I had to throw in a few more gears and some other random parts. Yippy I finally got it! I have created a motorized switch track that ran 100 switches via RCX without tearing the housing apart or missing firing! After 100 I got tired of counting and I just stopped it, so it might go for several hundred. It sits (...) (25 years ago, 4-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.robotics)

(...) They both generate the same "kind" of code (specifically LASM bytecodes), but its unlikely that code would be identical. I'm sure there are certain patterns of code that are typical from Robolab programs, and certain patterns that are typical (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) I made a design that used a clutch gear and fit into a house. It worked very well when the switch was "warm" but wouldn't always trip it when it had been sitting for a bit. But it allowed the throw arm to fully though the switch one way or the (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.robotics)
