Something worth checking may be "Dick Smith Electronics" down here in little
old New Zealand (please remove the line wrap):

Dunno if they ship offshore, but they're doing RIS1.5 for NZ$399. Our crap
currency only buys US$0.40, so that works out at US$159 ish.
Of course if you take freight into account it probably ends up at more than
$200 :(
