  const int syntax

I cannot seem to find the right syntax for const int in NQC. For example, in trying to synchronize LEFTLEGS and RIGHTLEGS in a 6-leg robot, this piece of code does *not* work: int count; //declare a variable 'count' count = 0; //initialize 'count' (...)   new legOS documentation

Thanks to the efforts of a number of people, there is a raft of new documents up at the legOS site. Because of the growing amount of documentation, I've organized a new page to keep track of all the available docs: (URL) things up there now: *LegOS (...)   Windows Millennium Edition

I have a Windows Millennium Edition upgrade ready to install onto my Win98 machine. Before I do the deed, I'd just like to check that if there are any known problems the Lego Mindstorms software or NQC in the Windows ME environment. Kerry -- (...) (25 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  vision command

I'm new to this newsgroup so I don't know if this has already come up, but is the vision command camera the same as in the movie maker set? (25 years ago, 28-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Using one motor to do 2 things...

I just posted a message on Thursday about this. I solved this problem in Minerva, in my book _The Unofficial Guide to Lego Mindstorms Robots_. Then I solved it again, in a different way, for the RIS 1.5-compliant version of Minerva. The building (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: What is with the Technic Stormtrooper?

(...) This is certainly true - but when I think "I need more I/O" - I also think "I/O should be modular and infinitely expandable". I don't want *any* practical limit to the number of motors and sensors. A mere 'Mark II RCX' with (say) 5 inputs and (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)
