Version 2.2 is a major update to NQC that adds support for RCX 2.0 Firmware
and a final Scout API (preliminary Scout support was added in 2.1). Refer to
the Release Notes for more detailed information. The RCX 2.0 firmware is
available from www.legomindstorms.com as part of the RIS 2.0 SDK.
