here's a link where you can buy, among other things, pneumatics singly,
sensors, and lots of other cool technic stuff

http://www.pldstore.com/

Be aware though that some of the prices for "spare parts" are not as good as
their service pack counterparts, and the Dacta "kits" are fantastically
overpriced. This is especially true of anything electric.  You definitely
want to wait until your new S@H catalog arrives before shopping at pitsco,
or check out Doug Wilcox' scans of the technic bits here:

    http://www.wordsmithdigital.com/mindstorms/newsets.htm

The 5218 Pneumatics kit is $28, which may seem a bit pricy, but a
similarly-equipt kit from Pitsco (Pneumatics II) is $100! You can get three
of the S@H pneumatics kits for $84, and have 3 times the pneumatics parts.
Note also that S@H has the extra #5108 cylinders for $3 each, and the
shipping is much quicker (in my experience).

It's still worth a look here (pitsco spare parts section):

tion

...but cross check your prices before you check out.
