Although it's not obvious from the pictures, I do use two plates separated a 2-plate distance on the axles. I'm also using a cylinder piece (2x2), placed upside-down as a bearing, which moves easily while helping to keep the caster straight. (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)
