You can. Just type 'http://www.soda.co.uk/soda/constructor/JavaClasses.jar' as
URL in Internet Explorer (not Navigator) and save it to disk.
Afterwards you can instantiate it (in an HTML page as an applet) with the
following tag :
<applet code="Constructor.class" archive="JavaClasses.jar" width="650"
height="450">
