(...) If you are referring to 9736 Exploration Mars, it was released in the US in 2000. You can still sometimes pick these sets up at Retail outlets including (but not limited to) ToysRus, Lego Outlets, and Tuesday Morning. I've purchased these (...) (22 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Hello, when I switch the HB on, first both -- batt and pow -- lights are on for a second and inmediatelly, both become off again. The U13 voltage regulator gets very hot in few seconds. Take the batteries out for a couple minutes so the firmware erases. Hi all! I have the problem, that my RCX doesn't let me erase his legOS firmware, to give him an update. I hit the RCX-Buttons a thousand times in all possible combinations and order, but he doesn't notice this. thanx for help Hecke (22 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Exploration Mars is not a "new" set, it released about 2 years ago. :-) I' ve checked the French shop@home, Ultimate builder set, exploration mars and ultimate accessory set are still available. I understand LEGO can not inform us about futur (...) (22 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)
