I disagree with the "Excellent" rating.
This model is very poorly designed.
Major design flaws:
-The left arm is connected at the shoulder by...a friction peg!
This can't support the weight of the arm extended, and is really
sad considering all the new joint pieces.
-The right arm's flip-up laser catches on the shoulder-shield
if the arm is bent less than 120 degrees.
-The right arm play-ability improves greatly if you connect a
rubber band around the press-down-lever (use the stub in the
throwbot foot as a good place to anchor the rubber band.
-The silver-grey rigid tubes used in the arms do not stay
in place.  In fact several images on the lego site have the
tubes flapping in the wind, having fallen out of place.  The
instruction manual does not point out to save the slightly-longer
tubes for the arms, but even that does not help much.
-The hip joints are all upside down! Anatomically, you want the rotation
feature on the top half of the joint.  For example, the way the model
is put together makes it impossible to make the droid do a split.
-The back cover of the box shows the right forearm rotated 90 degrees
to move the laser on top. Again the joint is upside down from the way
it should be.  You have to have the arm straight out rotate the forearm
like the photo, and the silver grey rigid tube pops out again.

All in all a rather unplayable model.  It looks OK, so will probably
become a desk ornament at work.

I must say also, the translucency of the new plastics annoys me.
This can be seen in the pearly-blue of this set, and the dark red
(especially Cam's hair in alpha team), etc.  I know LEGO is
trying to diversify it's plastic suppliers, but I liked the solid,
opaque colors from the original supplier.
