(...) Hey, I only buy if I think it's worth it now. That set taught me a lego lesson about quality. At $90 USD, the set did not contain the needed quality. I just finished building the 6085 Black Monarch's Castle and I was most impressed. This is an older set (1988) that I got on ebay and was definitely worth getting. I'm surprised it doesn't get more rave reviews in the notes on lugnet: (URL) also (...) (23 years ago, 1-Oct-01, to lugnet.reviews)

Brad Hamilton has fairly reviewed these sets, but I had such a positive reaction to them I wanted to make a review. These sets are actually models built from bricks and plates.
