Hi,

This set has been around for a long time, but you can get it for $14 or less
now at KBKids.com.

Primary Model:

The primary model looks pretty cool.  Its very streamlined with a
trans-light-green dome on the top.  Inside this zone, a small mini-sub can
be docked, or can float separately.

The rear tail allows you to move the bull-dozer front up and down.

There are a few yellow pieces on the model that don't really seem to match.
I really don't know why LEGO throws in random color pieces in so many of
their sets!

Parts:

This is where the set really shines (and why I bought it).

The most important part is the medium trans-light-green dome.  As far as I
know, this is the only set containing this dome in this color.  If you pair
it with the black dome bottom from Witches windship (6037), it makes a
really cool full-size dome.

It also contains two black angled trellis plates.  At the wide end, these
are 6 wide.  The are 7 long and angle in to only 2 studs wide at the
opposite end.  The middle of these pieces contain a tellis structure.  These
pieces are really great for space/aquazone creations.

Also, the set contains two green propeller cases and lots of green column
parts. It has a few basic green bricks as well.

I'll never use the large "bull dozer" piece, but I'm sure that somebody will
want it in trade (probably for a Technic creation).

Summary

I really like this set.  At $14 or less, its a great value, and has some key
parts.
