This is true, however, I have had problems with this, namely:
1. It is a little hard to "split" the clip at the right place. You must drag
to the exact place and make sure you are in the right frame position, instead
of, for example, just clicking on a frame and deleting.
2. when I "spliced" a frame out, I got a weird one frame "distortion" effect
that was not there before. This might be becasue you are actually editing an
mpeg2 file, not a single frame per se.
The clip thing IS important thought, and I should have mentioned it. :)
