This was my first set after a "dark age" of over a year. I like it. I got
many parts I hadn't seen before, like a snake, two spiders, video camera,
spider web, sun disc, both vegetation pieces- lots of good stuff. I don't
really hate the car, or the temple. I love printed pieces, since I do hate
stickers. The trap is incredibly stupid. I have nohing ot say in its defense.
I have always thought there were too many accessories, but at least you have
choice. My conclusion about this set is that it is a bunch of very
interesting new pieces you can display as a model, which makes it a good set to
start a new era with. I'd still be building alternates like crazy if I hadn't
lost the instruction book.

| (...) Yeah, it's a pretty good model, but compared to the rest of the series, they could have done way better. (...) If you really want me to, I'd be glad to scan it and send you the images. Greg "Hall o' Monkeys" Majewski (URL) (24 years ago, 5-Jul-00, to lugnet.reviews)
