The love letter sounds good, but the carrot, isn´t that too big for a
minifig?
Perhaps you could have a crazy scientist make giant vegetables and fruit,
out of this service pack.

Yes. If you want letters (normal letters) I think you should check out the
6420. Two letters, one bike, a minifig and a mailbox. Oh, i nearly forgot:
