I built the 4561 train over the weekend and offer the following observations.
I am a newbie to trains so please know that my comments are relative.

1.)  The supply of windows is great.
2.)  The amount of track-- relative to the length of the train-- leaves much
to be desired.  The train arrives as soon as it leaves.  More track would be
nice.
3.)  The green truck and associated bricks were nice.
4.)  The train minifigs are cool.  I like the 'train-arrow' logo on their
shirts.
5.)  The set was juniorized but I felt this was a convenient bonus.  I was
pleasantly surprised to find each train car and vehicle in their own polybag
full of parts.   This made assembly a breeze.  Hunting for the elusive brick
was eliminated.  I would certainly prefer more detail over juniorization but
when time and convenience factor in, the polybags were supreme.  I was able to
play immediately rather than wait several hours (or evenings) to build.
6.)  Total assembly time was less than an hour. This was an added bonus since
I didn't have much time.
7.)  I thought the power unit at the front of the train was kind of wimpy for
pulling such picturesque cars.  I felt the loco could be more substantial.
8.)  The train has to be going warp speed for the lights on the loco to light
up significantly.  On the tiny oval provided this leads to high speed tipovers
and derailments.
9.)  My set contained a few extra 1x1 transparent tiles.  :)
10.)  The clear goblets, a few extra pizzas and the ten silver, 1x2 grill
plates will be useful in other sets.

Overall I was happy with my purchase despite the shortcomings of the set. I
certainly wish the price was cheaper but have learned that trains are hard to
find on sale.  I really liked the unobstructed views that the observation car
could provide and the prospect of converting the auto transport car to another
observation car.
