(...) Yeah, that's the one. At first I didn't notice it, but the openings are very visible in the nose of the plane. The pictures on the box do show the new elements (like this piece and the sloped windows), but the instructions show the old (...) (20 years ago, 24-Oct-04, to lugnet.reviews)

(...) By nose cone I meant this piece: (URL) I don't see why TLG would need to replace it since it a fairly new piece. (1994). I looked at the zoomed in picture on S@H and I couldn't see the holes for the studs. But I was relieved when I see they (...) (20 years ago, 24-Oct-04, to lugnet.reviews)

(...) Ah, THAT nose cone. Shows I usually collect space sets, doesn't it :-) Well, if you look at the changes they did with the plates, this changes is logical. It is the same useage that they improved (you can now attach it onto a larger plate, (...) (20 years ago, 25-Oct-04, to lugnet.reviews)
