Designer sets 4506 (Sea) and 4507 (Prehistoric)

Greetings and Salutations, I am a big fan of the new Designer series. When I saw 4506 "Sea Predators" and 4507 "Prehistoric Creatures" appear on S@H, I ordered them right away! They arrived today and I spent all evening assembling a few of the (...) (20 years ago, 16-Jun-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.reviews)

  notes within the set guides

I've noticed for some time that some people put some WASTEFUL notes about sets, for instance: (URL) the notes "MISB" or "##% off"... I've mostly wondered how much webspace these notes waste? I've been tracking some of mine down that were "Braging" (...) (20 years ago, 4-Jun-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.suggestions, lugnet.reviews)

Re: New Harry Potter Castle Review - 4757

(...) If I know the TLC, they'll want to re-use the newly made HP parts in as many other themed sets as possible. With the new "Candy" Knights coming out, and a possible second line of those on the horizon, we may yet see Sand Green Skeletons! That (...)   Doc Ock's Hideout reviewed at Millionaire Playboy site

I ran across this trolling around, not sure how long it's been out. They have reviewed other LEGO and MB sets in the past. (URL) site is collectible toy focused rather than LEGO focused... so their emphasis is on play value and the number of figures (...) (...) I, too, lament the loss of legs. Nary a moldy old skeleton for us. :( (20 years ago, 18-Apr-04, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)

Re: New Harry Potter Castle Review - 4757

(...) i have read the books and from the pictures its pretty much 50/50 book and movie. since i dont remember there being a clock tower in the book but from the screenshots of the movie there is a humungous clock. (20 years ago, 17-Apr-04, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)

Re: New Harry Potter Castle Review - 4757

(...) I think the biggest complaint that people will have about these is that there are no sand-green skeleton legs. You get the skeleton torso and arms, and a sand-green head (or you can use Frankie's, if you want eyes), but no sand-green skeleton (...)   Re: New Harry Potter Castle Review - 4757

(...) Hey Brad, thanks for the review. I'm looking forward to getting this set. Do you have the origninal Hogwarts? I'm wondering how they look if you put them together. (...) That sounds good. My main concern with the new grays is the difficulty of (...) (20 years ago, 16-Apr-04, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)
