(...) Paintshop Pro is pretty good, and older versions have appeared on magazine cover CDs - where most of my software comes from. v4.15SE is what you want - a working version, not a demo. This won't do .GIF images, but you can save as bitmaps and (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jan-01, to lugnet.publish.photography)
