Hi all,
BrickJournal is progressing toward release of Issue 6. Layouts are being sent
to proof now and followups to articles are going from me this week.
The Journal also took a major step in staffing when we got a person to start a
European Bureau. I’d like to welcome Melody Krüzfeldt (I hope I spelled that
right) as a new member of BrickJournal staff. She’s head of the European
Bureau, and aready making herself known in the community and in the magazine
with her enthusiasm and energy!
This happened from an informal discussion
with Jan Beyer, LEGO Community Representative - Europe, that took place on a
plane flight from Munich to Billund. (Never trust LEGO staff on airplanes:-))
I am still working on getting BrickJournal toward print, but there are a lot
of challenges ahead. But there are alot of solutions too, so it’s becoming an
exciting time for me.
There’s some neat things coming in Issue 6 and in the
next issue (some hints were dropped in Frechen)- and it’s going to be busy and
fun!
