  Re: Getting BrickJournal

(...) I agree with this sentiment. I even emailed John and TwoMorrows a couple days ago and have not got a response. I have a hard time sending them my money when they don't even respond to emails. -Dave (16 years ago, 7-Jan-08, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Getting BrickJournal

(...) Joe, You probably know but the site (twomorrows.com) is still down. I have to say it doesn't give one much faith in the publisher to have the site unavailable for days.   Re: BrickJournal 9 is OUT, as well as other news!

Congrats, Joe, on making it to the stage where you can say you'll have a paper Lego fan magazine! Having pre-paid as a charter member (or somesuch) of the last such enterprise, I'll wait until I can actually hold an issue in my hands before ponying (...)   Re: BrickJournal 9 is OUT, as well as other news!

(...) Why wouldn't you just give the book away for free? (...) I'm pretty sure that "people not working for free" has been a constant through out time, not just now days. I know that my boss would love it if I worked for free but my mortgage company (...) (17 years ago, 19-Oct-07, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal)

Re: BrickJournal 9 is OUT, as well as other news!

(...) That is the plan. To make this happen takes months to implement - not in printing, but in coordination. (...) This is not a problem if your bank/credit card issuer has the "one time card" facility (I don't know what it's really called in English). (...) I have - lulu copies have been available for some time (although those will have to be pulled off too). You can too. Prices on demand are very high. Like I said, I have looked at as many options as I can. Joe (17 years ago, 18-Oct-07, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal)
