| Very nice! It's obvious y'all put a lot of time, thought, work, effort, blood, sweat, tears, etc. into this. Just one question - what's the easiest way to turn this download into an actual, printed booklet? Do places like Kinko's offer 2-sided (...) | (...) I think it's a quirk, as I am using Acrobat Reader and am not having a problem reading the file.
