Yes, the binding is stapled. Lulu offers a few differing binding options
(stapled, plastic coil, paperback-like “perfect” binding, etc.), but stapled is
the only option available for a minimal number of pages (22, in this case). I
was worried that it would be too rigid, but it easily lies open to any page. The
front and back covers are a heavier weight paper.
