Looks like the article got one of the creations mislabeled. The second picture
in the article is the "Coated Candy Catapult". the Ping-Pong Ball launcher is a
different creation.
The thing is--some of the key parts to make the plate shooter work are no longer
made. See my review of the book at BrickJournal.
