Well, I, for one, can't get this thing to work. I always get:
Error: Could not find any matching accounts.
What is the username? Should it be the Member Number? I've tried every email
address I've had in the past several years, and I still get the same thing.
Does this work for anybody else?
I'm not sure that It would work for me now anyway, as the email address on file
is probably out of date (I've recently moved). Any idea how I can get my
password?
