Oops -- one mod to that -- it should *require* .DAT data in lugnet.cad.dat,
but not deny it in lugnet.cad -- it should *allow* .DAT data in lugnet.cad.
Reason: Because some .DAT files won't be models -- they'll be works in
progress wanting feedback, like the Insectiod wing element that Tore
Eriksson posted.
