I remember clearing all of these once before. There is something different
in the behaviour now when you are moderating, too. Previously an uncleared
folder showed as the folder icon and if it had a pic in it it showed the pic
after clearing. Now it shows the pic either way but with a black border.
No idea what is going on but I just cleared all (i think) your folders again.
I am as in the dark as you are, I did not get any notification of changes in
behaviour, I'm just guessing...
