(...) well for one posting is instant and its free (23 years ago, 26-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: new ezboard

(...) This seems rather silly to me. It's a duplication of Lugnet's format without all of the niceness. What features did you find in ezboard that you didn't find\like here? Ben Roller (23 years ago, 26-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf won't upload pictures

(...) Yeah, you're right. John Kruer (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)

  Re: Brickshelf won't upload pictures

(...) Check if you have spaces in your filenames. Whenever I have problems uploading, that is usually the problem. BrickShelf doesn't support filenames that have spaces in them. JohnG, GMLTC (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)

  Brickshelf won't upload pictures

Now I got to borrow my friend's digital camera, brickshelf won't load my images. Their just standerd jpg files. I fill up the upload screen, and then it does the usual generating thumbnails, etc. But nothing shows up in the folder! I'll email (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)

Re: I'm back - and my website has moved

Yeah - he is definitely cute. Unfortunetly, he doesn't play for too long usually and its back to "No playing with your LEGO daddy. Come hold me!" "Benjamin Medinets" <bmedinets@excite.com> wrote in message news:GtC9ME.66D@lugnet.com... (...) always (...)   Re: I'm back - and my website has moved

(...) Wow Brad... the little Lego-maniac is adorable... he has the look of "leave me alone, I'm playing with my bricks!!!" :) Benjamin Medinets (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.people, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.org.us.lugola, lugnet.publish)

I'm back - and my website has moved

As some of you may have noticed, I've been pretty much out of the LUGNET scene for several months now. Contrary to a lot of folks lately, this had absolutely nothing to do with the political climate on LUGNET (which I think is just as good as it (...)   Re: Scans are back!

(...) Does FTP still work? If so, couldn't you download the lot and move them en masse to your non-interent computer? Dave! (23 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Scans are back!

(...) Yeah, I have to agree with you. The computor with internet as at the oppisite side of the house. I used to zip instructions and move them to my personal, non-internet computor. Now I can't do that! John Kruer (23 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Scans are back!

(...) I'm with you on that one. If I can't download in one lump to print it out or store for archival use, then its of no real value to me. I am not going to memorize a couple of steps, then run to the Lego room and build, come back and do the (...) (23 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf slow?

(...) I've noticed too. Around noon, I waited 15 minutes for one instruction scan picture to load. But it never did! John Kruer (23 years ago, 19-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf slow?

yes, Brickshelf has been operating with significantly reduced bandwidth for a few weeks. We hope to have that resolved tomorrow :) KL (...) (23 years ago, 19-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Scans are back!

(...) Only materials submitted to the Brickshelf _Library_ become property of Brickshelf. Materials uploaded to the _Gallery_ remain with the original owner. This really isn't complicated, you just can't control what Brickshelf does with scans you (...) (23 years ago, 19-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf slow?

Indeed it is being slow. :-( Man, I get spoiled with my broadband. (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf slow?

(...) I'm not sure, but I've noticed it too. It's like I'm at home on my dial-up. -Duane (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Brickshelf slow?

Is it just me, or is Brickshelf very slow today? I wonder if Kevin has had to throttle the bandwidth to reduce the cost? --Bill. (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Scans are back!

Hello Mark, (...) Well, if that is what it means, this certainly differs from what I understood when I read: (...) because with property I am usually free to even sell it. Also, since we are talking intellectual property here, I thought it would (...) (23 years ago, 17-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Scans are back!

Hello Kevin, (...) I am glad to hear this from you directly. Maybe the whole issue here is that English is not my mother tongue, so I didn't get the proper meaning of the jurisdictional terms. How will you handle scans that have been uploaded before (...) (23 years ago, 17-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)
