Hard to say. But I thought it was an accepted practice to check the
source to learn and improve ones html.
Though I do recall an actual case a while back where one site lifted
the html coding from another site and was forced to modify it and
acknowledge the original source.
The page used some nifty trick to slide open a door or panel to the
left or right. Wish I could recall where is was.
So yes, there is a line. It is right about..... there. No, a little
over... yes, that's it.
