Where in the ULR do we need to insert the /lugnet/, and at what step.

This seems like a worthy cause that doesn't cost the purchaser any money
(other than second order effects on Amazon's long term pricing structure, too
small to bother quantifying! :-) )... So help us do it right!

| I just borrowed this book from my local library. I haven't gone through every bit, but so far it's extremely helpful -- speaking here as one who's never written an official proposal. (at least not yet) Proposal Planning and Writing, second edition (...) (25 years ago, 11-May-00, to lugnet.cad.datfest, lugnet.publish, lugnet.edu)
