Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can cheaply get web space with

and CGI-scripts enabled?
Well I can highly recommend Pair networks ( http://www.pair.com/ ) which is
where I have http://www.nelug.org/ and http://www.thekingsleys.net/ and it is

Its quite possible it is more than you want to spend though.

I recommend IO.COM, especially if you already have a dial-up connection.
Fairly cheap for the low-volume sites, and you get CGI and SSI and PHP and
MySQL and all that jazz, and their tech support is awesome.  I have a telnet
account, which gives me 10 Mb of disk space for $100 a year.

If you're going for significantly more than 10-20 Mb, and/or if you need dial-
up, then Pair looks like the better deal.
