  Re: Filenames with spaces

(...) thanks! I've been wondering about that. -Shiri (25 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Member Page Stuff Viewer

I've created a little write-up for this as it isn't that complex really, it just looks that way when you see it all on the one line :) (URL) (25 years ago, 11-Jun-00, to lugnet.publish)

Re: errors and such fixed at LMF

Your stuff is great I just think it would be better if you had commentary about the models and the pics. Also one mre thing that would make it better: A LINK TO (URL) (mysite) -Kyle (URL) id QIP 714 (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.publish)

  Member Page Stuff Viewer

I created a little interface to show {stuff} in FTX. Rather than textual links etc: (URL) welcome to use the graphics in your own pages, or modify them without notifying or crediting me. They are in a 16 colour palette, 32x32 and most are between (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-00, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Writing A Proposal

Howdy, ...since I am in the business of setting up "Lego engineering labs," I have become very familiar with writing proposals. ( Although the most interesting was assisting a fellow writing a proposal to get a supply of Lego elements for the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.datfest, lugnet.publish, lugnet.edu)

Re: Use NELUG buttons and banners on LUGNET home pages.

(...) Grrr.. This is driving me crazy now. I just viewed my raw source on my machine and it does indeed say ™ but when I FTP the source to the server and open the page and view the source I see a raw "TM" symbol. This I don't understand. Also, (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.publish)

Re: Use NELUG buttons and banners on LUGNET home pages.

(...) I might be looking in the wrong place but I still see a raw 8-bit code (#153) instead of the HTML entity in the HTML source for the page. The images have real TM symbols, though. :-) :-) BTW (just a nit) the actual HTML code is: ™ and (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.publish)

Re: Use NELUG buttons and banners on LUGNET home pages.

(...) OK all the "TM" symbols on the NELUG home page have been set to &#8482. If you have any problem viewing these on the home page let me know. Thanks, Eric Kingsley The New England LEGO Users Group (URL) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.publish)

Re: Use NELUG buttons and banners on LUGNET home pages.

(...) Wouldn't hurt. :) Seriously, no. You just need to be aware of what Microsoft is up to. See (URL). (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.publish)

Re: Use NELUG buttons and banners on LUGNET home pages.

(...) Don't tell me I need another operating system now so I can test everything properly. :-). Well for the images it shouldn't matter because the "TM" is part of the Image. I will look into the couple of uses of the "TM" on the NELUG home page (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.publish)

Re: Yeah! Member Pages, Check it out

(...) Here's something else to try: <grin> Make a page called 'stac_all' (or whatever you like) and put this in it as its content: ---...---cut here---...--- <<stac_01>> <<stac_02>> <<stac_03>> <<stac_OP>> ---...---cut here---...--- What that says (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Use NELUG buttons and banners on LUGNET home pages.

(...) Uh oh. That's not a trademark symbol. (It just looks like one in Microsoft's fonts.) I suggest using "&#8482", which should work for everyone (and follows the standard). (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.publish)

  Re: Announcement: Member pages

(...) Todd & Suz, This is extremely cool!!! Between this and Brickshelf.com allowing picture hosting it has become extremely easy even for the least technical LEGO fan to post pictures of their MOC's and thats worth it alone. While I may or may not (...) (25 years ago, 8-Jun-00, to lugnet.publish)
