Looks like Netscape Navigator is pickier about bad HTML input than MSIE or
Mozilla.
Notice that there is a chunk of <table>...</table> code between the last
</td> and the last </tr> of the main table.
Garbage in, Garbage out! :)
Easy for the page author to fix, though. :)
