(...) This is not the only problem. Think a second about this: how many Europeans would still write articles for a US Magazine which is hard/expensive to get in Europe? (...) I reread the specifics for the first print issue: (URL) it certainly seems to indicate that the .pdf version will still be available for $3.95. (...) Let me clarify myself... First issues special = 11$us for USA, 11$us + 2$us for Canada. This is "relatively" fair : 18.2% surcharge for USPS because it is sent international.
