Bob, you can try calling Shell's customer service (I got the 800 number
off the web page) and asking what stations in the area are handling the
promotion. Fewer stations opted to sign up this time because Shell
didn't have advertising in the budget. If the customer service
representative doesn't know, ask to be forwarded to the promotions
department. You'll only get to leave a message on voicemail, but the
representative did call me back.
