We know that Lego has made promotional sets not only for airlines and gas
stations, but also chocolate company, shipping company, and even glass • company.

Who is the contact person at Lego for this kind of promotional deals, and how
much is the minimal order? Maybe we can ask Lego to make for us a bunch of
mini-fig key chains, with the Lugnet logo on the chest?

That's a great idea.  I could go along with that.
Or maybe I can shamelessly ask Lego to produce a limited run of one of My Own
Creations, then sell them one by one at ebay: "This set is ugly, and downright
silly, but it gets assigned an official 4-digit number, so without it you
cannot claim to be promotional-complete, and it is so rare that it is
available only from -- me." Hehehe... (Or maybe I can add train windows
liberally into this MOC, so at least it can be a good part source...)
