According to the pause database, it was called "Play Pak" in 1998:
http://www.lugnet.com/pause/search/?query=1759
Specially made for BLOCKBUSTER video rental stores in the U.S.
A limited time offer (Sept. 1998): one free set the rental of
any children's video. Alternately, 1759 could be purchased
outright for $0.60 Play Pak™ is a trademark of Mattel, Inc.
The picture from the database looks just like the duplo set from
McDs as well, except for some text rework.
That explains why the McDonalds Duplo has a set number while the
other sets don't seem to.
