  Re: HMS Scimitar sets sail!

(...) Just echoing everyone else's comments - its beautiful! The sterncastle is particularly well realised, as are the curves round the front (am I allowed to say 'front' in here?). It blows everything else out of the water! (ahahaha) With all the (...) (21 years ago, 8-Oct-03, to lugnet.pirates)

  Re: HMS Scimitar sets sail!

(...) thanks kenneth! i might try a similar 5 center section one in the future, with slightly different accents, as my custom sails came out okay. my fleet is growing! ha ha ha! other non-british types may want to sleep with one eye open :-) now if (...)   Re: HMS Scimitar sets sail!

(...) thanks tom, i have always been unsatisfied with the sterns on my other ships, and have craved the appearance of the traditional ones on the real ships. my goal is to create period accurate ships as best as possible, but lego doesnt always make (...)
